If u think about where moussa was this time last season - dave will just keep getting better. He is 4 years younger aswell.
As I live in Portsmouth I'm aware of Sam Magri. There were high hopes for him when he was such a promising player at youth level but he never quite made the breakthrough down here.

If you found Diarra and Lord Byron perhaps the club should be employing you as Ogdens replacement as head of recruitment, two great signings

I took Barrow from Conference North to the Championship on Football Manager - the club should be employing me as Head of Football.

Makes Ogden’s position look a bit less important if Diarrah and Harrison were scouted by Thenotorious

Lets hope the club have an assistant in place soon.

To be fair. Paul ogden negotiated the deal with Byron. I was never involved with that. I purely identified the player as someone who i felt would add value quickly. I made contact with the player and his agent and put them in contact with the club.
Paul ogden worked tirelessly for the club that i can confirm that. I have used him somewhat as a mentor over the last 2 years..top guy

Fair play Jonny. So your a talented scout, Paul Ogden was a contract negotiator. The fact that you've praised Paul Ogden there shows truth in your earlier post.
Your (unpaid) work is appreciated.

Yes
Because people knowing more than others isn't very inclusive, people feel left out and not part of something.

So because someone doesn't know something that others do then they don't support a football team anymore?

Here we go again picking arguments.

What I am saying is if there are a group of fans and some know stuff that is going on at the club and 'lord' it over the others that turns people off, it turns them away from the club. They don't feel part of it anymore. So yes this "i know something you don't know" does turn people off and people away from the club.

Why should you for instance know everything that goes on at the club, when you say you won't go and watch the team?

Not picking arguments. Just asking for some clarity with your post that is all.

Can you name any people that don't go to the soccer anymore because they feel they don't get information that others do? I think you'll struggle because its simply not something which prevents people from supporting a football club.

Why does it matter if I know things or not? Where does it say people have to attend games in order to learn information ? How does that work?

Let's just leave it, clearly you have difficulty understanding what I'm saying.

I've been told by a number of people they don't go anymore, I obviously can't reveal my sources.
