We'll find out over the next few days he has two options sack edmo or retract his ultimation because the month thing has only made things ridiculously complicated I honestly feel sorry for Paul Casson because he was wrongly advised on this!

What was the bad advice he was given? Just so we all know.
Thanks.

If Edmo is out of his depth which a lot on here think he is then Paul Casson is certainly out of his depth. He strikes me that the town of Barrow was not good enough for him so he crossed the pond and made a few quid for himself and turned his back on this part of the world. He also strikes me as a bloke who thinks he knows what he wants and that is to buy a football club and because his old man supported Barrow why not the Bluebirds. He bought the first promotion but nobody has told him he will have to buy every promotion which is not happening and never will. You can't survive as a National league side on gates of under 1500 and more displays like today and they will be under 1000 and if he ever reaches his goal of the football league he would need fine times that. He has just had a wild dream. He strikes me as a bloke who would walk away and leave us in the lurch with no club and heavily in debt. We would not be the first club that has happened too.

All of that based on a hunch.

Strange statement Jock.Out of 24 teams in this league there are only 12 averaging 1500+ with Barrow 13th averaging 1479 at the moment. Some of them have to survive. We go back to another statement,if it wasn't for PC there would be no Barrow.

There will always be a Barrow AFC. Regardless of the new owner, who, is doing a great job of screwing 100 years of history right down the bog. Stop being so patronising Nick. The man is a a rucking idiot.

If you hate the club so much, why are you still here?
Boring now.

There are some ridiculous things being written in here at the moment. It's not that good at the moment, but could be worse, a whole lot worse. Get a grip. Even if we got relegated this year it wouldn't be the end of the world. Don't think we will though. I'd take 16th at the end of year quite happily. Bit of perspective please and stop being bamboozled by us being a bit richer.

Some of the comments on here are pathetic
There are plenty of clubs in the national league that survive on lower crowds that 1,500 some of them doing a lot better than us without the financial help we have
Some of you would love PC to walk away ( no idea why ) because the previous model didn't work and the club is probably more open now than it was then
If PC walked away today we would be bankrupt in a month because of the top 8 budget - so I'm sorry if I was PC I'd be [SwearFilter] off with Edmo too
The truth is as Barrow fans we've never been in a better position - let's hope work starts on the ground and improving the infurstructure of the club soon so that when the day Mr Casson decides to move on we have a club / ground that can carry on moving forward.

Dear oh dear, listen to us, we're even squabbling amongst ourselves now! It's all going horribly wrong. We are now reflecting the discord on the pitch! (just kidding...) Some people do talk a lot of nonsense though. A thought about yesterday - last season we played Guiseley twice, and were arguably outplayed in both games....but we managed to win them both, through being resilient, a quality which ultimately won us the title. They have taken four points from us this season, and beaten us comfortably yesterday. In a head-to-head, they have now jumped ahead of us. Possibly Guiseley have become a better side since last season, but I suspect it's more a case that we have gone backwards. That is worrying, and it needs addressing. Now.
