The answers are sometimes a bit vague and wooly.

Example Mike Jones he's beautiful for a year hope I'm wrbut will he ever play for us again as for Devitt!!!!!!!
MC has already stated most are Long Term with only the likes of Dimi Sea, Luke James and Connor Brown looking anywhere near a return. Just have to trust the manager and his back room staff. If we find it frustrating can you imagine what’s going through the managers mind.

Really enjoyed the game but thought we played with a bit of naivety trying too much head tennis against basketball players especially second half.
Ellis stood out as did Gordon and Farman who pulled off two match saving saves, not had much luck on his side of late as the last line of defence.
Ref and the cardboard cut out assistants a joke, some of the non decisions baffling at times.

not really? are you honestly saying that by giving no details whatsoever is satisfactory?
we've never had any explanation on progress return to training etc !, if your satisfied with that OK but I personally think that as fans we could be given more information ! ,no matter how bad it is but not answer's that are moreover less "definitely maybe!" 😀

I would imagine the club will have attempted to do a deal with Mike Jones to terminate his contract but as is his right he might have declined. I cannot imagine him playing for us again. Age 34 now age is not on his side.
AJ asked the question to Cooper after yesterdays game regarding is there timeframes or likelihoods of any of the injured players returning soon and Coppers reply was a frustrating no.

He was in the pre season training pictures, does he train with us or was that something he had to turn up to?

It is frustrating with the number and length of injuries certainly, but if most of those remaining are long-term injuries then the manager's reply (that there is no further update) is all that can sensibly be given.

The manager is very careful in his answers generally; perhaps it is his nature or perhaps he does not want to risk damage to 'Brand Cooper'. I would imagine that he will only move from his stance when a player resumes full training. For some of them now, that may involve the equivalent of a new pre-season programme.

EDIT: Removed 'before' from final sentence.

Coopers style is very often to pause and give himself a few seconds before he answers a question. His interviews unlike many other managers do not appear to flow. Off mic or camera he might be completely different but when the camera is in front or the mic is switched on he comes across as not the easiest to interview.

The ball put over the bar at the end was a Orient Defender not Kay should have been a corner, and the pull on Gordon was a stonewall penalty.

“the pull on Gordon was a stonewall penalty” - absolutely right, he nearly took his head off! Not great refereeing. On the other hand, I get frustrated with Zanzala going down too easily and quickly - Quigley used to do it a lot but Zanzala is probably worse. Staying on his feet would give him a chance to use his strength, as we have seen when he scores. Refs just aren’t buying it this season.

We've had that ref many times down the years, doesn't give much. Thought there was also a handball shout second half.

However yet again no care for fans with lack of catering in fanzone, tell me on a Thursday or Friday if the new partnership with local food people arnt turning up or unavailable.
Didn't eat all day,
Might seem like a trivial thing but plenty arriving in the shitzone today looking for food.
Really? Should have had breakfast then.Had it not occurred to you that club bay have been given short or no notice caterers not coming actually on the day.Wouldn’t have starved food available in the ground. It’s a football club not a cafe .Stop whinging when don’t know facts
