Boxing Day, which could potentially be 1st v 2nd doesn’t or shouldn’t need marketing. In years gone by we would of took more to a team in the conference of similar distance to Swindon today despite being 3rd in league two. Will be over 4,000 Boxing Day and it’s miles from where we were 4 years ago.

I was at the match and I don’t remember ever being so relaxed during a match, no stress at all. This Barrow team just fills me full of confidence. Before the game I would have taken a draw or a scruffy 1-0, but those three goals were all beautifully worked. The only time Paul Farman had to do anything, he was great. That Boxing Day match should be a cracker (no pun intended).

What's hard to understand. We have a ground that holds half as many than either Stockport or Wrecscum. Yet we are giving away more tickets.

We’re just selling our usual allocation of away tickets, which brings money into the club, judging by the tickets sold so far, it’s not going to sell out.

Because our away end - them fancy new seats and that bit where you can’t see the pitch. That holds 960.
We won’t sell out Wrexham.

Are you being serious??

Surely its blindingly obvious, Wrexham sell out every week so could really give teams less away tickets if they want bar the minimum they are obliged
by the FA to give out & it would'nt affect the attendance/finances.

We don't sell out so if we offer less tickets to club who would 100% sell them we'd be shooting themselves in the foot financially.

IMHO We should have made the away end bigger, Say 1500, So the bigger clubs would bring more thus increasing our attendances/finances., If we ever get to a point in time where we are selling out regularly then id reconsider the away capacity.

Having a big away capacity really helps clubs like Accy, Salford & Morecambe & a few others & we should do likewise until things change.

Wont be a popular view but im saying it anyway.

Soak it up, these are the days and we need to back this team. Absolute class from start to finish today. Apart from a fine save from Farman they barely threatened us at all. We’re so organised and can create chances from anywhere, defending wise I’ve not seen many teams at this level that are this good. I think they are the real deal and this dreaded fixture list coming up they will be fearing us just as much as some of us will be. Back this team, get purchasing shirts, get holker street full

Going to three out of the next four including Wrexham.I just hope we turn them over.Now that would really put the icing on the Xmas cake.Come on you Bluebird fans,like Adam says pack Holker St out to the rafters and turn it into a fortress.It,s the 1960s since we last had it this good and I for one don,t want it to end.Pete and all the
team deserve your support.They have put Little Old Barrow on the map.This team deserves to be where it is and that is without some Big Time Charlie trying to buy success .It has been hard work and determination that has got this team to where it is,so come on everyone get yourselves along to Holker St on the 26th and 29th of December.Your club needs you.Let,s see if we can win the league.Onwards and Upwards.
