We didn`t play that bad yesterday but agree the Standard is very average, the Gloucester keeper kept them in it but that`s his job, apart from the last minute save he made can`t think of any other time we troubled him, if we go out on Tuesday we must maintain our push for the play-offs no matter how poor the league is one team wins the play-offs. Would start Kalambayi on Tuesday he`s suspended on Saturday.

Listened to the game on the Radio … first half sounded decent but we lost our way in the second. Fair play to Gloucester for turning up and having a go, forcing the replay. Like others have said, I’m for a win on Tuesday (plastic pitch … not good) and further cup progression.
Was hard to listen to the commentary re all the cards and none card decisions. This referee must be graded on such a performance - wonder if the liners had anything to say to him post game. The man should be retrained or or educated further if he is to stay in his position.

Come on you Bluebirds.

Pikey was assessing him yesterday , hope it was duly noted how out of his depth he was.

Sunday league referee at best.

What is the effect of Lane's red card? Does he just miss Tuesday's game and back for Saturday?
Don't let the old man in.

It would be interesting to hear about how that process actually works; we hear about these refs assessors but nowt ever actually happens to terrible refs (yes I know it’s a thankless task blah blah blah)

You do hear and read about referees being stood down after they have been deemed to have had a bad game. You don’t read about it at our level but that’s not to say it don’t happen

They can sometimes qualify for a Guide Dog - if they don't play their cards right.

I hope Pikey's not soft. I just hope he didn't fetch the ref a bag of chips for after the match . . . he didn't even deserve soggy ones.

Pikey wont mess about. If he thinks the Ref had a bad game he willl tell him straight and give examples

Hopefully we can get through the tie tomorrow Gloucester`s home record this season in all games is Played 7 Won 2 Draw 3 Lost 2, so the plastic pitch shouldn`t be an excess for us if we lose. Regarding the Ref on Saturday we should have had it won before his decision.

They had a bad start and if you include the cups and league games
They've not been beaten in the last 11 games.
The upsurge and draw Saturday ,if we go into this game thinking they are inferior we will get beat.
