The Darren Edmondson Thread
Re: The Darren Edmondson Thread
or a scoreboard...must be the only club with no pies or no scoreboard...even a basic one that kids can hang numbers on when we score
There is an opportunity on the new electronic scoreboards to sell advertising and messages which start from £6995 eh Jonty and the club should look into this

Charge a certain amount a year to have your message on it all season before the game at half time and afterwards. Then you can sponsor when a goal is scored for a set amount.
Fantastic idea. PLenty of room for it as well

A scoreboard with a clock on it is a great idea, could easily go on the crossbar wall behind the goal

Re: The Darren Edmondson Thread
We'd only need two numbers for the Barrow score - nil and one!mrsenario wrote:or a scoreboard...must be the only club with no pies or no scoreboard...even a basic one that kids can hang numbers on when we score

Re: The Darren Edmondson Thread
Back on track.
Now we have two loan full backs shows how poor summer recruitment was.
Starting season with no right back, symington injured (not including Carroll as Edmo obviously doesn't think he's up to it) . One left back (ashton) and no cover in case of injury to him.

On that subject, but off topic, the lights at Prenton park are very similar to ours and looked spectacular all lit up when we played there!!!whitty1969 wrote:Yep. Yes that's the point Mark. They were ALL lit up !! Which begs a question of why have the lamps from Everton not been put up in the short term?

Hope Edmo is watching the Salford game.
Salford playing it out of defence.
Lots of passion, fight and commitment with all the players giving 100%
We just put in 90 minutes of dross !!!

Was just about to point that out myself Whitty.
The only downer is that Richie Allen scored.

Salford's joint managers are an Evo-Stick version of Bayliss and Sheridan. Wonder where we'd be if they were at the helm at present.
