I think that new Steelworks development will go great with the roof on the Holker End they put up last year.

In terms of long term future and sustainability then that is perhaps the most important news. There is still a whole lot of room for improvement in this area so being self sustainable is perhaps not just a pipe dream.

From Casson's views on the sale of Williams, development of Bennett, Anderston, Diarra and bringing in of youngsters like Bauress & Wright it would seem that we are at last looking to bring through and make money out of developing players. A good reputation there could be invaluable to future success both on and off the field.

He says they don't make any money off of corporate which doesn't make business sense

I said I thought the changes wouldn't work and why and we'd see at the end of the season, he agreed we would see- it's his money so they can listen but don't have to do owt.

It is abundantly clear we are looking at young players to develop with a bigger squad than last year but many less loanees- you can expect a lot in the next few weeks.
