The last 3 Barrow Managers have ONE win between them. That must be some sort of record.
Also, each Manager has less time in the job than the one before. You can't make this stuff up.
The next one will likely last 2 weeks.

Apologies for being pedantic, we got a win under Neil McDonald, which was 3-1 away at Tranmere.
Neil McDonald - Played: 5 Won: 1 Drawn: 1 Lost: 3 For: 8 Against: 9 Points: 4 Points Per Game: 0.8

It’s nothing short of shambolic. That performance last night was on the players, not the coach. They were second best all game and didn't see any of them trying to encourage their team mates or lead on the pitch. Losing is one thing, but it’s the manner of the defeats that is hard to take.
So the decision to start a midfielder as a lone striker while having 2 strikers on the bench was a good decision by the manager?
No, I thought it was a bizarre decision, but i presume they trained and set up for it, but you are right, it’s not the only thing…remains to be seen if they find a way next 11 games. Its just the whole farcical nature of it.
We were so bad first half I was expecting changes at half time and come out fired up,…but it was more of the same.

Absolute [SwearFilter] clown show. Never mind Rutherford being involved with the coaching, get him some boots and stick him on the pitch. Probably show more fight than these gutless con artists

That’s the worst Barrow display I’ve seen for a lot of years. When we’ve been struggling over the last games ie Crawley and Fleetwood we’ve lost through conceding in the last minutes of the game so surely you’d concentrate on game management and seeing games out. Instead he’s made bizarre decisions like Fletcher up front and keeping Harper in the side who’s nowhere near up to playing at this level. Brave decision by the Board to sack him and they’ll now get the stick for hiring him in the first place!

Not sure his appointment was right, seemed to be a Marmite character that waffled a lot in interviews and last night no one seemed to know what they were doing.
Biggest mistake we have made is not getting an experienced man within Gallagher after Whing maybe Mcdonald should have been kept longer or another journey man and Gally for the rest of the season as I still believe he will have a good future in the game.
Anyway Sam is the man now and knows them better than anyone else. I just hope he can get someone going.

I was all in on Dino when he first landed but it soon became clear he wasn't having the impact we hoped. His short appointment will ultimately go down as another poor decision. Last night playing Fletcher up top, Gordon on the wing and no one could fathom out what was going on, defeat and it was ultimately the last straw. That doesn't take away the basic fight and heart needed to win a football match and this season there has not been enough of that…..Are we still saying there’s a winning formula out there that is going to fall into place?

Why do certain people keep mentioning Craig Rutherford? Coz he talks a good game on the radio? Whats he done in football to deserve the chance to be involved. We need experience not someone just coz hes a local and talks a good game. Easy to do when theres no pressure
The fact Rutherford thinks mahoney is the answer makes me glad he's only involved on the radio and not the coaching staff. Other than that though I do think he makes some good points but surely we have to be aiming higher than him to save this horror show
