Get rid of Mellor, Fofana, Grimes, Pilks (good but too injury prone), Symington, Ashton (good, but too slow and Cox favours taller players)

I firmly believe if he was going to be a Barrow player next year then it would all have been sorted by now.

It would be frustrating as we have allowed him to rebuild his career twice with us now.

Don't blame him if hes being offered better money would just be a shame.

I think Cox could be pretty ruthless and he knows what he wants. I think his retained list will be out immediately after the last game.

I think the only players he will definitely keep are Livesey Parry J Williams and Cook (unless he goes elsewhere).

A Few others might be retained as squad players.

Morecambe barely have two ha'pennies to rub together these days, he'd be crackers to go there.

If I were him i'd sign for Motherwell, score shitloads of goals and get a move to either Celtic or Sevco.

He would have the chance of playing in the early rounds of the Europa League to face sides like FC Eurodisney , Dynamo Ballykissangel and Atheltic Benidorm.

It wouldn't be the first time Motherwell have signed a striker from this level either, Louis Moult having joined there from Wrexham last summer. He's their top scorer.

Surely one of his current teammates, if not Cook himself is already the highest paid player in Barrow's history?
I doubt we're talking more than £1,200 p/w, which is probably what we need to be paying to stay up the top end of the table.
