I think if its a decent assistant manager then they are backing themselves up to get rid of Moore.

Neil Hornby. Fantastic appointment on paper, does like to travel and change jobs a lot though.
This has to be a set up though. He will be manager by xmas (probs earlier).

I get this. Seems a good appointment. Burton Albion is exactly the sort of club I think the owner is trying to emulate.
