Interesting that Hughes is back in the starting 11. Thought Wright was very good last weekend.

Needs to change the team around/freshen things up, they've only won 1 league game in 7, but he won't. Keeps picking mostly same team who aren't performing.

Its lack of investment in the team.
Small squad and till recently Cox was saying as much but think he has to be told to keep quiet,
