Thought he seemed OK in the glimpses we've seen, had potential.

Baffled by this. We hardly have a huge squad to choose from as it is and, as Ste pointed out, the lad had potential. I think we need to get a permanent manager appointed (whether it's MM/MB or Holt as I have heard Casson is holding out for *relocation permitting) so we can get our squad sorted and move forward.
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

I wonder who sanctioned the move? Casson? Jnr? Moore? Bignot? Ogden?

Seems a strange one, you'd think they'd at least wait until a permanent manager is in place to have a look at him and decide if he was of use?

A lad with bags of potential, but was realistically never really feature much. Wish him well though, unless we had another injury crisis!!
Takes the squad down to 20 now, with Sam Ramsbottom loan up and including Andy Parry.

Can't be Moore or Bignot surely, can't have a caretaker manager selling players? Ogden/Casson decision??

Strange timing I agree. Wish they had sold Liam who has been truly awful so far this season and not much better last season

I would hazard a guess at Paul Ogden. I think he has more input that even we thought initially.

Good luck to the lad.

Makes a place available for an incoming player.

To sell a player requires another club wanting that player.......

Good luck to him. Wasn't going to get much game time with our current strike force of Yussuf and Harrison fit.

Guiseley need a Liam Hughes in the team....

Shame we never seen more of Dan, but he really didn't look fit after his serious injury.

Wouldn't it of made more sense to loan him out until a new manager has a chance to asses the squad. And wasn't it Ogden who spotted him in the first place.
