Barrow's promotion celebration

What I want to know is how is the club going to celebrate it's promotion to the Football League. We now have a different manager and several of the promotion winning players have moved on.Are they all going to be asked back to take part when the celebrations eventually take place. The reason I am asking this is you can't really celebrate it with a manager and players (no offence intended)who had no part in it.Personally I think they should all be asked back as without them the club would not now be in the Football League.

If a public or civic celebration proves possible, I agree they should be asked.
Not sure anyone will be in a position just yet to plan such an event.

As disappointing as it may be I think a more traditional celebration with manager and players is now probably off the cards with the outgoings of evatt and Rooney, can't see them coming back for anything IMO.
That's not to say something can't happen, the club might just have to think outside the box. I do assume we will get the trophy at some point, it might be that the first home game/friendly turns into a celebration.

When (if!) we ever get the trophy we’ve probably reached the point where it should just be at the club for fans to get photos with
Can’t imagine we’d invite Evatt back for an open top bus tour now

I feel sorry that one person in particular did not see his team be promoted, due to Covid 19, and that is Brian Arrowsmith.
If there are any sort of celebrations I think that Jean and the family should be invited to play a major part.

National League Title winners Trophy is being presented this afternoon at Holker Street. AJ has just been on Radio Cumbria talking about it. The players and new manager David Dunn are in attendance
