That last sarcastic comment sounds like a dig at those supporters who raised money for Kelly's Heroes flag in appreciation to him and the players for the upturn in their performance and eventual survival in League 2.Anything that boosted the profile of the team should be looked at in a positive light in the dark days we have all been through where people couldn,t be there in person to cheer on their team.

It’s a good point to be fair, Mark. Would be good if the material could be re-used somehow, rather than left to rot under the Main Stand like some of the old Ultras flags suffered.

If Barrow go onto become a solid EFL club over the next 10-15 years then we should never forget Kelly's Heroes. To overcome Michael Jolley and David Dunn was truly a heroic effort.
