Tranmere fans seem to be disappointed he’s leaving which is always a good sign. By a few of their accounts, still has “bundles of energy” despite his age. Looks an excellent signing.

The legs have gone stuff is just a jokey reference to some previous posters fear of over 30s. Nobody on this thread is saying it as a criticism.

Welcome to Barrow AFC, Sam! Looks like Wild is definitely establishing a proper squad, with every player we’ve signed looking like a great coup. Time will tell, but it’s a good sign that every team we’ve signed players from has been disappointed they left.

Age is a number, This lad has a duracell battery for an engine & is full of running & was offered terms by Tranny, So this sounds a good short term signing, Great competition in the middle now & should be a good help to young Gotts & Stevens & Roo, White etc vying to start games.

Very pleased with these additions so far
