Our Yorkshire friends Tuesday

Think we can all say now NO game will be easy, Bradford come to Holker Street unbeaten in 3 with a very outside chance of the playoffs, with two ex Bluebirds in their ranks. Barrow well if fit Canavan,Tiensia and Campbell need to start imo. Aqua also did enough for me to get a start as did Newby. Onwards and upwards, five cup finals to go.

Pete Wild said on Radio Cumbria it would be rushing Canavan back and Saturday was advised. Tiensia wasn't even discussed but I'd have thought when he does return he'd start on the bench and be eased in.

Tiensa must be fit for selection, as as you say, he’s not mentioned in the pre match report when injuries are listed. Hasn’t been for weeks. Since he played 90mins in the B team fixture.

Where you putting Tiensa and Newby? 4-4-2 and dropping Whitfield?

Maybe. If he needs to.
Don’t agree with playing.a player on his non-natural side and expecting him to perform though. If there’s other options available. Poor lad got dogs abuse playing on the left. Asking a bit much.

Newby by his own admission is a natural two footed player. As strong on his left as his right. Unlike Whitfield who looks to cut inside most of the time Newby can and does go either way.

Like Main Stand SeasonTct said he is comfortable on either foot. He would have no trouble playing on the right.
