Gillingham

Will Barrow suffer from after the lord mayors show or Rise to a top of the table top two clash. Personally don't think this team has it in them to slack off and will want to repay the fans in some way for that marvellous support at Chelsea. Fatigue might be a factor though, hope not but it could come into play.

Given the cost of going to the Chelsea game, I doubt that many can afford another expensive and long away trip in the same week.

Some fans might still be sleep deprived from Tuesday.

Gillingham is a 660 mile round-trip, 12 hours of travel.

Be lucky to get 250.

Personally think we will get well beat. Having Chelsea, Gillingham and Doncaster away, within a week is gonna take its toll.

Beg to differ this time Dessie, not if they want it as much as their coach and I’m sure they will be jumping through hoops to get the result he craves. 1-2 to the Bluebirds.

Well SayitagainSam I went to Chelsea on a Bluebirds Trust coach didn,t get back until 6am Wednesday morning and was.up.again at.at 11am.I,m now off to Gillingham supporting our boys because I think they have earned our support.I had already been to.see them play at Sutton and Wimbledon so I,ve got used to the travel .i want to see the lads turn Gillingham over and then see the delight on Steve Clemence's face when it happens.
As somebody who worked in the shipyard I used to work.all hours of the day and night on various shifts over the years and got used to surviving on very little sleep so this journey will be no hardship compared to working on the berth.on nights with the rain lashing down.Watching a football match even with the travel.is no hardship
Going to Chelsea ended up taking 8 hrs in each direction a total of 16 hrs,so 12hrs should be a walk in the park plus the Bluebird Trust has a Special offer on for Gillingham £25 for the trip when it would normally be £75,so come on everyone get behind the lads and see them storm to victory.

Teams often suffer from the huge emotional roll a coaster games like that Bring so facing another long trip isn’t ideal but the Oppo is…Being Clems previous club so it’s a fascinating game that awaits us.

Some might call you a loyal fan to chose to be stuck in traffic for 8 hours x 4 trips = 32 hours in a 5 day period, others might call you a fanatic. You must have a very understanding wife. :)

Great interview, thanks Adam. I like the way Clemence comes across - cool, calm and balanced.
