I agree about second chances but not as a “ General Manager “ of an EFL league two side, Not a good look for the club and if the nationals get hold of the story they will have a field day

Someone at the club has agreed to employ him. I have no issue with that. I never mentioned employing anyone else, this is a specific case u started to talk about which im disagreeing with

He was not found guilty in a court of law. There was not enough evidence to secure a conviction given the high threshold needed at Court. This was a misconduct hearing carried out by Cumbria Police. where in huis abacence he was found guilty of gross misconduct.and placed on the register barring him from working for the police.

Done wrong and ultimately will be humiliated for the rest of his life and ruined his policing career and many relationships no doubt.

However I’d rather have him in the role he is at the club. Knowing he who is a reasonable fella in his working capacity , willing to engage , willing to listen and willing to take criticism than that absolute idiot Alisha Henry.

He does not just ban fans , he gives chance after chance and I have seen this throughout his work.
