Just watched the club’s interview with Adam Murray, sadly sounds as if Scott Smith will be out for some time. I can’t remember him going off injured in a match makes me wonder if the knee injury was picked up in training.

Club just posted it’s an ACL injury which is awful for him, hope he makes a full recovery. I can’t remember the match but he did go off injured during a game.

It was Aldershot nothing against him but that's the Club paying him now instead of him going out on loan, probably won't see him again in a Barrow shirt which will please quite alot on the forum.

Not sure I understand this comment, what was there to suggest he was imminently about to go on loan given he was still involved in the squad after the Solihull game?

Can we lose the usual negative b******s and good riddances? ACL means he probably won’t play till next season at the earliest and it affects you for the rest of your career.

Smith is one that he has wanted around the place - had he not picked up the injury in the process of making the challenge v Aldershot then he would have been back in the side.

Unlucky for the lad. Would have been a valuable asset in the squad this season. Wish him well in his recovery

If you remember He injured himself in injury time fouling a guy so we wouldn't concede a goal and get 3 points, and you have the front to post crap like this !
