Not sure the ball even went into the penalty area at the steelworks end every goal in the Holker street end it was some comeback A Barry Diamond brace Keith Kennedy and Steve Brooks the scorers If I remember correctly, Kennedy's goal was a direct f...

Just shows what having good players around you can do. He showed it at times for us but as someone else said recently he was far too deep at times, not his fault and wasn’t helped by those around him. Did we insert any sell on fee? And what was the rough transfer fee do we know? Good move for them ...

You could argue the first goal involved a bit of that but not the second or third. As I said far from the finished article yet. Our second goal was from a long punt forward from a free kick laid off by Reid for Marriot to run on to the second from a goal kick that after leaving Winterbottoms boot W...

Like others have said, see where we are after 10 games or so. Even Evatt didn't work wonders at the start. We do need th...

The Northern Ireland record goalscorer David Healy was the manager at Linfield when Graham made his league debut, and Healey praised Graham for his scoring ability, being quoted by BBC Sport as saying "he's 'goals, goals, goals', he prowls in and around and he's a deadly finisher." If tha...

Yes we lost 2-0, but as 1st games go away to one of the favourites it wasn't as bad as a lot on here are making out. Other than his miss Cameron actually had a decent game. We probably created as much as they did and had the disallowed goal not been offside we probably would have ended with a 1-1 dr...

Apparently Adam Murray has said, "they have an option of a player who has become available further up the pitch". Well this is just 'my' logic but, why hasn't this player been picked up already by other clubs if he's good enough for Adam to go chasing after ?? Maybe it could be a player w...
