Macc are poor at the back and Southport are better than us up front so not surprised they are winning that one, down to 10 will likely turn it into if chicken shoot if Port smell blood.

Meanwhile back to a real game of football...

BBC stats report the game has been pretty even up to half-time, 4 chances each with only Barrow getting 1 on target.

I'm sure I heard Andy Wood say Barrow had cleared two chances off the line, so they are not counted as on target?

BBC RC update. Gateshead had another decent chance in 2nd half it was cleared, Barrow went up the other end and put it in the side netting. Barrow somehow still hanging on to this one and hoping they can get another.

EDIT: McConville has had two efforts about the hour mark, one blocked from a corner, mentioned in Angela's post I think. The other a minute later saved by the keeper Bartlett.
