Anyone who heard Greg Abbots interview last week after Carlisle got beat by Port Vale could tell that he was a man under pressure and near the end of his time, they sacked him on Monday.
As much as Dave Bayliss has done in the past, his time was up long ago and we're going to end up worse off than when he first took over.
Whether or not the fan called him what Bayliss has alleged he did, as the manager of the club you can't react like that and start swearing in a live interview on radio. He like Abbott sounds like the pressure has got to him, the difference being I'm not sure that our board are going to make the same decision as Carlisle did and sack him.
They waited too long when fans were screaming for Lee Turnbull out, they did the same with Phil Wilson...have they learnt from their previous mistakes?

Even if we beat Colwyn Bay with Bayliss in charge as someone else said, it's papering over the cracks and the stories coming from the dressing room plus the majority of the fans now having lost faith in Bayliss, I don't see that there's any way back for him.
He should have gone in the summer, if not sooner last season. Who would take over? No idea, see who applies but something needs to change and fast.
