Re: BAYLISS OUT
John McKay cannot and should not appoint himself 'chief witness'. It is not for him to do that. He is a witness, that's all, and in his own words only witnessed part of the incident. So he doe not understand anything that happened before or after he commenced/finished witnessing.Hadrian wrote:No he isn't.
Re-read it.
Mackay says that although he missed the beginning of the incident, he witnessed the majority of it.
He added: “An incident happened on Saturday and I am a chief witness, and obviously the club will have to look at this. You can’t put evidence out there from a witness prior to an investigation otherwise it clouds everybody’s view.”
Last week, before the Trinity clash, club chairman Brian Keen insisted that Bayliss’s job is not currently on the line while also indicating his dissatisfaction at AFC’s points total.
And without pre-empting the investigation, Mackay indicated that there is no change to that stance.

Re: BAYLISS OUT
The Club is owned by its members. Call an extraordinary general meeting and try and pass a motion sacking Dave Bayliss, if that's what you want.Dalton Bluebird wrote:Usual, 'Bayliss: I won't quit' headline on back of tonight's mail, 'if they want to sack me, all they have to do is ring and I'm sacked'.
Now there's an opportunity to boot him out.
