Another Bayliss signing goes out on loan and no doubt a further loan player will be lined up to come in. The recurring theme here is, bring in loan players because Bayliss cannot make a half decent signing in the first place and never has throughout his time as manager.

I know it has been mentioned on other threads, many times, that Phil Wilson signed the likes of McNulty, Henney, Walker... even Bayliss and Shez; The guy couldn't manage the team. Wilson played players out of position and Walker couldn't get get a game under him. We all know what happened next...

Bayliss cant manage, man manage (if his radio outburst, where offered fans out, is anything to go by; what is his attitude like behind the dressing room door?) or scout/sign a half decent player this has been evident since Shez left. Phil Wilson couldn't manage a team but he could spot a talented player who could play football. I know its easier said than done, we need a manager that can not only talent spot, manage a team at Conf North level on a shoe string or just get a Phil Wilson/type manager in? Bayliss has had ample time to ply his hand at being a manager in charge of Barrow AFC with no prevail.

We should have let Rochdale have Bayliss when the rumors were circling instead of trying holding on to the the 'Daz N Dave' glory days and keeping that dream alive.

If the reason the board wont get rid of him is a financial one then I am sure it wont be long before he implodes again and swears on the radio, theatens fans or strangles someone and he can be 'released' for gross misconduct...........hopefully.
