Sounds about right. Quite fancied a trip to the Reebok. Can't see us doing much in the FA Trophy so just the relegation battle to look forward to now.

6-5 it ended on pens,the 2nd half was awful absolutely shocking no excuse.

Likely to be playing Bamber Bridge in the Evostick League next season. They only brought 14 players to this match. They only pay their players expenses. Rock bottom is currently were Barrow Football Club are at.

Best out of it, we don't need distractions like tinpot cups, got enough on our plates trying to prevent succesive relegations.

That's one way of looking at it. Another would be to say that if they can't beat a team of unpaid players from 2 Leagues down at home. They probably wont avoid relegation, regardless of having no distractions from a competition that the club should have shown every intention of trying to win.

The only bright spot from tonight, was the two U18's combining down the wing that resulted in the 2nd goal, maybe they should have played the whole U18 team.

Keep calling it tinpot it was good enough to win when we hadn't won anything for a while and it could have been the only bloody thing we could have won this season. Its 4 games to win it hardly a distraction and the final is at the Reebok.

Second half was a joke completely out played.

I hope when the new guy takes over we ship a lot of this crap out starting with Robbie Williams.
