Christ this thread is horrendous.

All for bringing new lads into the fold and encouraging the kids but for years newcomers have been finding their way and learning or coming up with stuff on the terraces, not through some cringeworthy forum post.

Well done guys, nothing like building up the lads confidence is there!! I am big enough to take what life throws my way!! But to undermine what a group of young lads are trying to achieve in encouraging our team onward and upward is shameful. (bullied at school were you!!)
