Excluding the colour scheme, I've been disappointed with the general quality of the kits over the last two seasons (especially the 12-13 one), but then again they are a catalogue kit. That didn't stop me getting one though.

Glad to hear we'll be going for something unique the season after next. For the record, I hope we return to the white shirt, blue shorts, white socks with a yellow away kit of seasons past.

Div 3 days! :D

I think that strip was outclassed when Leicester City ran out against us (FA Cup '68).
Their away strip of White/Blue Trim Shirts, Blue Shorts/White Stripe and Red Socks looked ACE!
That's not a bad colour scheme for OUR next kit and throws a bit of Red into it too!

I should be in charge of getting the kits in each season.

I genuinely think that through my obsession with football kits that I am needed to pick what we wear each season.

Wouldnt it be great though to commemorate a new beginning by wearing our promotion year/3rd division(highest ever finish in football league) with that famous Royal blue kit? Shivers down the spine time.I know younger fans wouldn't necessarily go for it.But its the biggest moment in our long history.Maybe have the year etched into the shirt? Would be really proud to see Barrow commemorating that fantastic achievement.

P.P.S. (am on nights and feel on a roll and lack of sleep.))So,before i hit the sack,i,d just like to mention that its about time we bigged our selves up a bit more.remember we were only a few points from gaining promotion into what would now be the championship. It takes time, but im willing to gamble that with Edmo at the helm.Mr Casson,s backing. And more importantly the fans of this club past and present, the future is bright.blue and white. (and for me= :sentoff: night all.)

No. Too much like Chelsea's kit.

I agree with your sentiment, though. That was the best team we ever had. Apart from being our highest ever Football League position, the football we played - at times - was class!

As we're the 'Bluebirds' I've always preferred to see us in (mainly) Blue Shirts and Shorts with White socks.

I know this will be contentious, but IMHO the best quality shirt from recent times was the Moore And Co shirt by Nike. The quality of the last few from the various manufacturers has been pretty bad. I'm not sure how long the current deal with Puma has to run but I'd be happier if we can switch back to Nike or Adidas ASAP.

Are Coral still our shirt sponsor this season?
What are the odds for being able to buy a shirt during the summer months this year??
