I know Emma very well and I know she is going to do a fantastic job.

There is nobody who works as hard as she does and there will certainly be no lack of passion.

hope she turns the place upside down. some stories you hear are shocking. bloke in vic was telling me his gaffer tried to book a function room for the lads. no reply 2 times. went haydock instead.

There really is no excuse for this. Even if the telephone can't be answered, it's not too difficult to leave a message and someone at the club to respond as soon as possible.

And the stories we hear about e-mails going unanswered .....

A basic lack of communication skills by the club, which should be dealt with as a priority by Emma. We are a professional club on the field but, sadly, not off it. We can't rely just on Paul Casson's money; we need to actively sell the club's goods & services to the wider community.

It really is criminal that that happened never mind repeatedly, the new CM is in place now & lets hope she does a great job and answers every single inquiry.

Welcome aboard, You have a lot of work to do, best of luck to you.
