Bluebirds Trust Player of the Season

Post by Bluebirds Trust » Mon Apr 11, 2016 8:39 am

As the end of the season approaches it is time for you to vote for your Bluebirds Trust Player of the Season. Despite the club hosting their awards night after the Macclesfield match we decided to stay with our original plan of presenting the award after the final game of the season to give every player a fair chance to stake their claim for the award and due to the short notice of the awards night date we would have struggled to give everyone a fair chance to vote.

You can vote on our website www.bluebirdstrust.co.uk

Really? Someone should have liased with the club that then, was a bit embarrassing for all parties at the awards night "Is anyone from the trust here, does anyone have the trust trophy"...

Least it's being held at the proper time :) #Mo

Surely this vote should be open to trust members only?

At the moment we have no way of limiting the vote to members only as the website does not have the facility to allow members to log in.

We are working on developing this for the future.

Not that I rely on a link but the e-mail I recieved had a link to the Trust website which returned as 'bluebrdstrust.co.uk cannot be found' (missing 'i'). Might put some people off voting.

I can't see a vote button. I can press the name of my person but how do I submit it?

What's to get? He's a fantastic player, and that opening game he was that good that we should have presented him the trophy there and then.

Thanks for mentioning the problem with the link. A corrected email is getting sent out in the morning. We can't do more than one mail shot per day otherwise it would have been sent earlier.

Al, you just need to click on Mo's name until is highlighted there is no button to press.

This is an odd situation do you really think the players are going to hang around after the game normally the supporters present one trophy only for say player of the year in conjunction with the club presentation, I think the trust need a hard look at themselves exactly who do they think they are.!!
