Hello folks

A few of us have been involved in painting a banner that we intend to hold up along the front of the Pop Side to encourage the lads as they come out.

It's not on the scale of past displays or anything like that but I would appreciate patience from those in that area who's view may be obstructed for no more than two minutes (not at any time while the game is on of course)

It's not for long though. Will only be as the teams walk out.

Will generate a great atmosphere too seeing the fans lifting it up.

Absolutely not on the wind-up. The first thing the players will see is the HS end. Go and do it over there if that is the intention.
It might look good for everyone else but what about the poor buggers stood underneath it?

After thorough consideration I have come to the conlusion that you could stand elsewhere for the duration of when you would be suffering in your normal spot x

Do those flag wavers still attend? I missed the first two Sunderland goals because of them. Could the club not allow them to stand on one of the stands roof to display this banner?

Could Hoss not provide an Indication on a ground plan of where he will be stood so that Steve and Co can put some portholes into their banner thus not inconveniencing him or others.

An ideal solution would be if only those who want to wave around a crusty sheet are stood underneath it. Do you think that will be the case?
