Looks a good signing. He's a big lad. Will knock Hannah and Harry P further down the pecking order I dare say. Reckon Hannah could leave soon.

I think he's on a contract and, unless any other team wants to buy or loan him, then he'd be a fool not to stay.

I agree but I think he's too small for Paul Cox's requirements in a striker. If he goes to Fylde as I saw rumoured somewhere I'll be surprised if he doesn't score plenty of goals.

Paul Cox on radio Cumbria saying Inih picked up a knock last game he played and a doubt, he will be assessed before kick off.

From the Grimsby Telegraph Former Grimsby Town trialist Inih Effiong has signed for Barrow until the end of the season from Biggleswade Town with a further one year option, The move also includes a sell on clause and a summer friendly between the two clubs. Effiong played for Grimsby Town Reserves early this month and scored 2 goals in 5-2 win over Rotherham, and impressed Manager Marcus Bignot to say he might have another look at him at a later date. looks like we could have another good player on the books.

Hannah doesn't get a look in because he is footballer who likes the ball to his feet and not punted skywards for the 90 minutes

At 6'3 he certainly fits the mould. I can't see we need a new striker unless cox is unhappy with Someone or someone is on their way out.
