Information like the wage budget, which I appreciate is fluid and rarely stuck to, should not only be available to the supporters but used to encourage season ticket sales and raise average attendances. Publicly linking the wage budget to "target" schemes, average attendance, shirt/strip sales etc is usually a good thing but needs co-operation and a good relationship with the local media to publish continual updates.

There are lots of things that need addressing
There needs to be an update of where Paul Casson now sees the club (now he's had a taste of the financial running of a National league club)
To be honest a business man like himself would surely of done some due diligence before he took over.
If for some reason he can't finance certain things, then just be honest and say so!

No, wage details should not be available to supporters, they are private details that should remain so. What next? Asking how much each nurse earns before you allow yourself to be treated at the local emergency department at the local hospital? Then saying you'd like that one because they earn more. There is an argument for knowing how much MPs earn, and the pay scales for Police officers, but in the latter case, not individual salaries.

None of these arguments could be applied to allowing supporters knowing how much a BAFC player earns.

Never mentioned individual wages. I'm talking about the clubs overall wage budget which most clubs are happy to publicise. League clubs have to be open with the football league as far as proving all monies that come into the club cover the wage bill to stop clubs going under if a rich owner bails out on them.

My mistake, you did mention the overall wage budget, but most clubs don't publicise their budget, far from it, the only recent one I can remember if FGR, and that came from their annual report, and for the year ending April 30 2016, it was GBP2,146,999 - an increase of GBP219,624 on the previous season.

I stand to be corrected, but can't remember reading what many other Conference sides (if any) spend on wages.

Yes, the rules are different for FL clubs, but remain to be convinced that BAFC should reveal how much they spend on this, unless it's forced on them by the Conference, which I would agree with.
