Good fighting performance I thought...Diarra was good but I liked Miekle as well, looked very comfortable on the ball...

What kicked off at the end?

Not a segregated area for a segregated area at all, the HSE sign was working loose and there was a piece of cladding that had sharp edges pointing into the ground that could've caused an injury. The "segregated area" you mention was a very small cordoned off patch of the HSE.

We'll pop in after work on Monday & have it fixed for Tuesdays game.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Thanks for clarifying...thought it was for something else.

Great win. Pity about the attendance, these numbers do not encourage investment in the Club. Do we even cover the wage bill?

Thought we had good shape today and played some good stuff. Lindon Miekle did alright didn't he. He's got pace and he mops up the loose stuff. A good win and let's hope we can string some decent results together.

We are still in this.

We are so frustrating, another good battling performance against a top 4 side. Not pretty but 3pts nontheless. Play offs still possible but still think silly dropprd pts against lower sides and a lack of investment in January will cost us. Do folk really believe a roof on the HSE will improve attendances by many, did the rain put many folk off or is it a general lack of interest in the Barrovian public?

The rain was attrocious this morning so I can see why it might have changed some people's plans. Previous performances may have made people think as well.

I thought it was a decent performance......barring the first goal which looked from the far end of the ground a bit of a shocker to be honest.
Tuton just never stops running and was unlucky with his first half chance (although Coxy thought it was Turnbull so a bit unsure on that) the keeper did do well to make the save though.
I thought Hughes was an odd choice as penalty taker, it was a good job he hit it so hard as the keeper got his hand to it - having said that I don't think it was a penalty in the first place.
The second was created by a central defender (Danny) as he hooked the ball back in front of the goals and then put away by a Central defender (Moussa) who took his chance really well.
The last ten minutes seemed to go on for an uncomfortably long time, they had a few chances to equalise, and that's when Flatt redeemed himself with a cracking save.
Thought the ref had a very good game today (made even better by awarding us the pen :D ) let down a bit by his liners, but you can't have everything!
Poor attendance again.....hopefully a bit better on Tuesday, its normally a feisty affair against them even if it is Holkerbirds favourite home fixture of the season ;)
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Don't see how the first goal is going down as a Flatt error - it looked like it was well over his head. Not even a man on the far post would've reached it either. Just one of those things.
Bennett was already going down before he got a kick for the penalty. Wasn't a foul, but we'll take it.
Apart from his early sitter, Bennett had a great game, but all 11 played well (even Hughes, who is often missing). Ref gave a lot our way, but the result was 100% deserved.
Best performance in months.

Yep, a decent enough game, enjoyed it today and we played some good stuff in patches.
Thought we were by far the better team, on that showing I feel Dagenham may drop out of the play off places.
Lots of good performances all over the pitch. Turnbull my MOM and I feel over the last 2 home games he has been excellent.
Never a penalty but will have to see it again.....
Flatt looks low on confidence and is no where near as good as Dixon. Goalies should command their 6 yrd box......Flatt stays rooted to his line.
Watched Arsenal goalie do it twice before our game.......
Ref gave us just about everything today......Makes a change to not moan about him.......
Anyway 3pts keeps us in the hunt........

The club don't promote the games enough or use social media properly

The weather and crap facilities put people off and the fact that even if we make the playoffs we might not be able to take part also puts people off as well as the fact the last couple of Saturday homes have been dire .
