We are about a mile past the Marton checkpoint towards Dalton and Chris Altree was the first of the group that passed us, about twenty minutes ago.

All now safely back in Barrow!! Last man home around twenty five minutes ago. Fantastic effort by everyone, it looked hard going from the sidelines.

Last man now in. Tremendous effort by all.
Many thanks from us all to club sponsors JF Hornby for sponsorship and assistance, also our support cars, containing F. Dawes, Stuey, Louie, Dave Ingham, Caroline, and Mark and Ronan Mc.
Also a thanks to the supporters waiting at the finish line looking for our beer tokens :D , all appreciated.

Thanks all.

Lets do it all again in twelve months.

Results out today and we had 6 finish in the top 500 out of 1377 finishers, we also had one in the last 100, which as people that have done it before will know is just as good as our faster finishers.

Well this year so far we have 22 of us signed up.
We are raising funds for cancer research, St Marys Hospice and the bluebirds trust (tickets)

Unfortunately there is no way of sponsoring a team online, only individuals. K2B does not allow fundraising sites such as just giving to be used.

So here’s a list of this years athletes, if you have a favourite then click on this link and use the search box to find that person.

We will hopefully have a sponsorship form in the trust shop for those that would like to sponsor that way. (Just got to check with them)
