Re: Jordan Williams
Barrow posted it and took it down, as Rochdale had announced a signing for 12oclock.

Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.
If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

Re: Jordan Williams
BBC football transfer section has the transfer fee as £100k. Not sure how they have that information if the club hasn't disclosed it. Seems a bit cheap to be honest, I think the BBC have got it wrong.

Re: Jordan Williams
As his contract runs down so does his value as he could have sulked then left for nowt next season, Good business by the club & it seems the right message to all young hungry up & coming players that we can help them build their careers as they help us build, win/win.
Re: Jordan Williams
NVFC have a sell on clause rumoured to be 20%, which comes at the right time for them as it will pay off their Administrators fees before they exit into a CVA
Re: Jordan Williams
It's unlikely to be 20% - it wouldn't have made much sense when the fee was so low in the first place.DDH wrote:NVFC have a sell on clause rumoured to be 20%, which comes at the right time for them as it will pay off their Administrators fees before they exit into a CVA
Re: Jordan Williams
The announcement of the transfer on Vics' twitter makes no mention of any sell-on. Also a poster on their great rivals Alty forum suggests with undisguised delight that he was non-contract at Vics when we signed him. Guess we'll never know.DDH wrote:NVFC have a sell on clause rumoured to be 20%, which comes at the right time for them as it will pay off their Administrators fees before they exit into a CVA

Re: Jordan Williams
I can ask if I'm allowed to post it, unlikely it'll be allowed to be made public though Dave as it might be a confidential agreement between the two clubs at the time of signing.DaveC wrote:We can ask the likes of 1990, see if he knows at all?
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Totally understand mate, but always worth an ask.spirit of 1990 wrote:I can ask if I'm allowed to post it, unlikely it'll be allowed to be made public though Dave as it might be a confidential agreement between the two clubs at the time of signing.DaveC wrote:We can ask the likes of 1990, see if he knows at all?

Re: Jordan Williams
I believe he was non-contract but as a gesture of goodwill the club agreed a sell-on clause. Plausible?SKIPPER wrote:The announcement of the transfer on Vics' twitter makes no mention of any sell-on.
