What a difference from Tuesday this time we kept the pressure on Woking and to be honest could have absolutely hammered them if we had wanted to.
Gomes, moussa and hall were absolutely brilliant (I have to take back what I said about hall the other night ), what about ARH 's tackle! .
If we can get a result on Tuesday and Saturday surely we'll get a decent crowd the Barrow public are so fickle but they then have the cheek to ask what the game was like! I sometimes think people want the club to fail, it's so pathetic

Barrow played well today, particularly in the first half of each half. In between those periods game got a bit scrappy. Barrow finish strongly though. Woking didn't offer much of a threat, and much sterner tests lie ahead. So let's keep our feet on the ground (and the ball!). Overall a good confidence booster, but still work in progress if we are serious for challenging for promotion.

Regarding the gate, I notice that there were some pretty poor gates in the NL today especially for second Saturday of a new season. Borehamwood managed 319, Gateshead 756 and Dover 1012. The Ebbsfleet/Fylde game generated only 1270 and the Eastleigh/Dagenham game arguably the game of the day 1600. Take Orient and Tranmere out of the equation and gates generally are pretty naff.
