a former member of this forum and Pedro you are an absolute disgrace, even with the most heavy handed hints you do not have a clue about what has gone on. When you do eventually catch up with reality you could do worse than go down on your knees and thank Paul Casson and family for what they have done for Barrow AFC.

a former member of this forum as you know so much about how Paul Casson has let Paul Cox down perhaps you would like to enlighten all us lesser mortals who aren't as privileged as you to your knowledge of the inner workings of Barrow AFC and the discussions taken place between manager and chairman which you obviously where privy to hence your knowledge of how Mr Cox was let down. Paul Cox had a budget and knew the figures at the beginning of this season it was his choice to retain three/four injured players within that budget he then wanted more players to cover these injuries which the figures did not allow for. As to fighting for the club's best asset how do you fight for somebody who wants to leave and resigned the big word being resigned don't be surprised when Mr Cox pops up as the next manager of Torquay, Hartlepool or Tramere next week he's only an asset when he wants to be here.

Pedro, now here's an interesting one. He is always trying to spend Paul Casson's money yet when I knew the tit at work he was that tight he wouldn't even spend Christmas.

I'd be very surprised if Paul Cox became the next manager of Torquay. I think he'll be in work very soon but it won't be in the English Riveria. Paul Cox has obviously had a lot of success as a manager but he's always tended to have a big budget to work with such as at Eastwood and Mansfield. When the money has been "rained" in it would appear he's moved on. I'm led to believe that Torquay don't have a big budget so I can't see him ending up there.

I'm sure it will come out one day why he's moved on from Holker Street whatever the real reasons and only an inner circle will know, you've got to applaud Paul Casson's statement which hints at him not being happy with the playing style. You don't expect to see a Barcelona type performance every game but when you're believed to have a top five budget in the National League you do expect to see signs that the side are trying to play in the right way.

There will be no shortage of people wanting to become the next Barrow boss a couple of wins and Micky Moore might even end up in the hot seat. Paul Cox did a good job while he was here but he's now gone, it's not a crisis just a temporary stumble. Now if Paul Casson was to leave that would be a crisis but I can't ever see that happening, it seems he's in it for the long haul, no matter what a former member of this forum and Pedro might say. Ha
