By now I would liked to have hoped that three (decent ones I hope) managers would’ve been shortlisted for interviews while the rest of the CVs would’ve been binned, you could even say interviews should be taking place already.

Unfortunately there are players playing at the moment that are putting the best efforts they can in but just aren't good enough. That I can accept because injuries dictate such. But there's two or three that are hidding and that isn't. Bedsentè Gomis took the game by the scruff of it's neck when he came on. Where as others in midfield shirked their responsibility for large parts, just no leaders out there.

We need to get a decent centre forward white not up to it,Bauress poor.
Not sure why Dixon replaced Moore who did nothing wrong but was dropped so hopefully a change will be made when we play Chester
A new Manager will have to be given funds to buy a decent centre forward, midfielder and centre half.

Couldn't really fault the effort. White should have scored before gomis equalized and at that point I was hopeful. However, poor defending cost us and we are in a relegation battle like it or not.

My missus, one of those kinds of people who tries to contribute to football discussion but annoyingly falls short of substance, says to me after that result "How can the players be expected to perform to their best with all the managerial unrest going on? The people behind the scenes need to take a long look at themselves!!"
