Re: Adrian Pennock New Manager
I think this is a pleasing appointment...
but also find it ironic that we could've had Mark Cooper a couple of years back, and we've gone round all the houses and ended up getting the guy he displaced at Forest Green.

To say he do one tonight (Q&A) is a good indicator that he's full of energy and positivity for the task ahead. Not something I felt with Cox post Hartlepoolgate and Moore.
Let's hope he can have an immediate impact on the team.

Re: Adrian Pennock New Manager
WOW...Positivity!!! Forgotten what that felt like. I know it's Andrew Casson's words in the Mail article and interested to hear it from Pennock himself later on but instantly love the fact that he doesn't look like he wants to spend a huge wad on the wrong players and he is looking for hungry players looking to prove a point but ultimately there is a strong nucleus in the current squad, something we have constantly discussed. He seems to have managed in different club/budget scenarios and he wants to instill a sort of DNA about how we play/who we are. Not felt this thrilled since er well when Paul Cox came about! Let's hope this one ends better.

He should be in the dug-out tomorrow. Never understood the decision not to put the new guy in straight away, especially as he wants it himself too!

I like the sound of that, it would great to see the team out in the community and getting to know the town.

Nice to listen to someone who talks sense instead of Cox's clichéd ramblings, every interview was just about the same
Re: Adrian Pennock New Manager
Not sure but did he say Neil will be in the dugout?
Is Neil Hornby staying or is it his last game?
