I think there is a legal obligation from the Club to the fans. If Emma was sacked then they should say so. Leaving by mutual agreement is not good enough. Being made "redundant" from her job mean they cannot employ anyone else in that job. "Play on words". "Personnel" became HR just to get a better job description and more money. My point being is it cannot be called "commercial Manager" if she was made redundant. Being "sacked" from her job is a very much more complicated issue.

Yes it does matter. Because everything around our club seems very slapdash and amateurish at the moment. Straker, Cox now Emma. I want to see people being treated properly and with dignity, not binned because of whichever way the wind is blowing in Texas.

I'm pretty sure a lot of folk "don't hit targets" and receive guidance, support and coaching. Do you think she'll have got that from our hiarachy?

As for inexperienced, didn't she come from a similar role at the Hospice?

daren't we ask tough questions of the club owner? His conduct and Barrow AFCS are intrinsically linked. I remember when we used to care about people but just lately quite a few seem happy for us to treat whoever like shit as long as we climb the league.
