Hardly angry, more amused that you're worrying what the social media trolls are saying about our club. If we know that we're playing good, fair football, who cares what others think?

Re: praise the lord.
Someone from Leyton Orient called us a bad team because our socks weren’t the same shade of blue as our shorts
Re: praise the lord.
Social media can be the devils tool though! Word will get round that we hold the ball up to waste time /feign injury/ and get players sent off.

Re: praise the lord.
It's about time we ruffled some feathers in this league, we were whipping boys last season and it hurt. This manager, this team and these tactics may not endear themselves to anyone else but just look at the ones moaning...
Havant & Waterloo - Got beat. Moaned.
Halifax - Beat us, praised our style and work rate.
Leyton Orient - Didn't win. Moaned.
Chesterfield - Didn't win. Moaned?
Don't know about you but I see a pattern emerging and I like it.

Well its not the kind of thing the owner wants is it? He wants a family friendly team that the community can get behind. Thats all I'm thinking

Re: praise the lord.
I've been to three of our first 4 games not seen any of this nasty or cheating you talk of... I've seen fans of teams who think they are too good for this league moan.. I've also seen some of the best football we have ever played... As for our players faking injury.. We've had players go off injured.. Cheating definately not, I did see a player moan all game at the referee and some players being elbowed but that was from the opposition... I'm guess you either aren't a fan of Barrow or you are a former reqular.. Bet you haven't even seen us play yet

I don't think he cares about communities in other areas of the country though, if we are winning and by the sounds of it winning in a positive way then who cares what the East End or any other community thinks of us.
What is a family friendly team, this isn't Disney

You surely need those rose tinted specs checking Bingo!Bingo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:18 pmI've been to three of our first 4 games not seen any of this nasty or cheating you talk of... Re: praise the lord.
Why don't you go to some games and see for yourself.. Or are you too busy polishing your axe
Re: praise the lord.
Over the years we have always been too honest in the way we play and that has backfired plenty of times when teams come up here and do what you are referring too, so why cant we get on-board with it all if it helps us get where we want to be. I honestly don't see what you are talking about and i'm sure it is only yourself that is bothered about it.

Re: praise the lord.
Why does it matter what other teams fans think of us?
Until they had to start chasing the game Chesterfield were time wasting and trying to con the ref by going to ground at every chance, big strapping athletic blokes losing the use of their legs at the slightest touch. But that’s modern football.
If we keep playing like we’ve started this season, it’ll do for me and [SwearFilter] to what other teams supporters think.
