Transfer embargo?

With the ownership of the club to be decided and the financial issues the club faces, I wonder if we are under a transfer embargo until the club can prove that finance is in position to move forward.

Did we not offer a contract to a player already registered on our books? Not sure that constitutes a transfer.

Most the clubs in non-league would be under a transfer embargo if those were the rules!

It's not an unreasonable question to have asked the lack of players in and out is disturbing as we are in total freefall down the league
