Not sure Tommy
There is another meet on Sunday to finish off some of the indoor work. Jamie will be there too.
Get yourself down and we can discuss the outside jobs.

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
There’ll be a visit to the ground this Sunday morning for anyone who might be interested in using up a few hours on some projects going on in the main building and the ground itself.
A job for any skill or any age. As always - 9:00am but please feel free to drop in at any time that suits.

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Bacon & sausage breakfast buns once again being supplied by the continuing generosity of The Bob In Cafe, teas & coffees supplied by the club.

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
Another really good turnout at the ground today, people cleaning up after yesterday, bit of work still going on in the bottle/can/pie bar and the mass clearout of the Chairmans room (the third corporate room) was started.
This will have a similar make-over to the Legends room. New spot lights have already been fitted (all the electrical gear was very kindly donated...saving us a small fortune, so thank you to that gentleman) it’ll also have a lick of paint to freshen it up then pictures etc hung to finish it off.
It was really good to hear all the positive comments about the Legends room yesterday, I’m sure it means a lot to the people who have put the hours and effort in.
Many thanks to Steve Leonard from Winders Accountants for becoming our sponsor with a very welcome cash donation.
Also another delivery of breakfast buns courtesy of The Bob In Cafe once again. Much appreciated by all.
Without the materials and cash being donated none of these projects would be possible, thank you all very much.

If it’s not water it needs looking at immediately as it’s flooding onto the corner of the pitch.
I’ll ask tomorrow.

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
It's [SwearFilter] and it stinks and has been leaking all season. I. Pointed it out to Andrew Casson on first day of season when the tent (RIP) was next to it.spirit of 1990 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 6:43 pmI saw that Al, not wanting to get too close to the leaking liquidboyliegladbach wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 6:18 pm Them temporary portacabin type toilets were leaking again yesterday.was it water or something worse?

Re: Ground Maintenance Area
This is a serious problem which needs sorting ASAP, and not with a temporary fix. You probably have around 400-500 people in that stand and a toilet which is an absolute disgrace, and probably doesn’t meet health and safety requirements. It’s no doubt one of the reasons that some people stay away.
With all due respect to the Sunday morning Maintenance gang it’s really something that the club should be addressing as a matter of urgency.

The [SwearFilter] flooding onto the pitch is a metaphor for our recent form
