Might be a good time to consider buying it once the dust has settled, particularly if we ever rebuild the ground.

I can remember when it came up for sale for a really low price, around £30k I think. It would have been great just to secure that building but we just didn’t have any money. Around 2012/13 I think it was.

I think the price when PC looked into it had jumped considerably....

If the Soccer bar do own the ground, which I doubt, there will be a right of access to the Wallmart plot. I would like to think no one is benefitting illegally from BAFC, something which does concern me

Yes I think it was sold 6-12mth before PC came in after being empty for a while. It was all about timing. If was still there when PC came in I am sure he would have acquired it at a knock down price and it would have been part of the club, but hey ho, never happened this way. I think there would be planning / access headaches if the ground was ever developed that side.

It was sold at action to the present owner for 70k

I think it was bought when there was all the discussion about us expanding etc, nhs deal etc so a good buy for possible resale to make a fortune as it may have been needed for the ground development idea etc to go through

£2 to park your car right next to ground seems fair to me.
We all want the club to become self sustainable eventually.
This is just a small part of that. Match day revenues need to increase dramatically to reach that goal.

Using HS throughout the year.
A bar inside the ground
A well stocked affordable shop
Catering brought in house
A winning team with increasing crowds

All part of increasing revenue

What the BFSC own is quite clear in their title deeds. You have no need to doubt it.

If people wish to park elsewhere then the BFSC will appreciate that as then the actual members and patrons of the club could use the clubs car park instead of everyone believing it's a free for all.

Concern yourself elsewhere as there are far more concerning things in life.
