I didn't take that long along Abbey Rd did I? I was definitely slowing at the end though to be fair
It seemed like it SI. I was frozen. That wind was a Tuesday night game one and I didn't have a coat.
Seeing Adam actually running down to the finishing line was a sight to behold and it was an honour to stoop down and fasten his laces for him later on. Matt Dodd shot past us so quickly I almost missed him. The Usain Bolt of marathons. Some tired but happy lads and lasses. Proud of every one of you. Walkers, runners and support team.
See you all next year.

One in the top 100, three in the top 220, a more than decent effort by everyone though with plenty of personal bests.👏👏

Nearly that time for us to start with this again. This year's walk is may 11th.
Registration opens soon.

In last two years we have raised nearly £7000 for charity.

If you want to get fit or fitter and join us on the keswick or Coniston to Barrow drop us a PM

Al.

Put me down for a tenner Al.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Phil collier has kindly donated his shirts from the players he sponsored this season
So we have an signed match day shirt home kit, from Dan Jones and Jason Taylor up for auction.
Had bids on both already.
If youbwould like to bid give us a PM on here before 9 pm on 12th may and its yours of you win.
Thanks ri Phil for the donation, proceeds go to, the brain tumour charity, MIND in Furness and trust tickets.

Also can't say too much yet, but might hopfully have a signed shirt coming soon from a club that a player left us to join this season, but you'll have to wait for confirmation on that.

Should get some decent sponsorship if it is a Colwyn Bay shirt via Mullers.
