Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
Just starting to notice that the ground is back being referred to as “Holker Street” in the media. Has the sponsorship through the Furness Building Society ended? Signs down from the ground.... They have been big supporters down the years, so let’s hope something is being re packaged for them to stay on as a key sponsor, in some way.
Stadium naming rights probably being the big one for the club in terms of sponsorship revenue.

Progression Solicitors
Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
That would be fitting, as it would be great to see progression all round this season.

The Delish Special Stadium would've sounded better.
Popular side since '03.
Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
Having pies is progression in itself! Rumours are are that Delish will be tasked with creating a no lid pie for consumption by the Holker St end faithful. No half baked plans from herein.
Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
A Pie has pastry base, sides and most importantly - a lid. Without a lid it is a 'Flan' or a 'Tart' depending on the content being savoury or sweet.
Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
On that very subject! I believe there was a second plan for a pie with a waterproof glazed lid for supporters at that end but it was shelved as it fell apart when wet and could only offer crumbs of comfort.

So that's what Paul Casson meant when he talked about a lid for the Holker End? And we thought he meant a roof!
Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
No mention of how much Progression Solicitors have paid. Earlier this year on the AFC website the cost of naming rights for Holker Street was stated as £35000.I wonder if we got that much?

Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
When is the new signage going up for the new sponsors?
Over a month since deal completed and the front of reception doesn't have their signage up

Re: Has FBS Stadium sponsorship ended?
Tv exposure on Saturday, if I was the main sponsor I'd be at the very least be expecting my companies advertisement hoardings to be there and visible should the camera record that area.
Let's hope that BT manage to call it the Progression Solicitors Stadium instead of our old sponsor Furness Building Society Stadium!
Pleasing sponsors to me is top priority, if they buy into the experience they'll come again.......
