I don't think it will affect the crowd too much, maybe less Stockport but what is the TV payment?

I think it's around £6/7k ballpark...Sefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:13 am I don't think it will affect the crowd too much, maybe less Stockport but what is the TV payment?
Minus costs for feeding BT and putting in scaffold etc.

Thanks... I was hoping it may be more lucrative than that. Hopefully all the Saturday footballers will turn up!JammyBluebird wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:23 amI think it's around £6/7k ballpark...Sefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:13 am I don't think it will affect the crowd too much, maybe less Stockport but what is the TV payment?

Excellent news. Another game for me to see to add to Eastleigh and Yeovil!

I’d imagine Stockport will still sell out, be trains back after the game. Will just be a more drunken (thus noisier!) away end

Damn it, booked return trains for this only yesterday. Now need a re-think.

I believe the figure is 8K for each team which adds up quite nicely when you get as much T.V. time as we have had this season, and I would have thought the game v Harrogate may have been on if played on a Saturday, I think the cost of scaffolding would be born by the T.V. company.JammyBluebird wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:23 amI think it's around £6/7k ballpark...Sefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:13 am I don't think it will affect the crowd too much, maybe less Stockport but what is the TV payment?

Unless the payment has risen significantly this season, it’s no where near that figure. It’s closer to Jammybluebirds figure...and that isn’t each!optomisticsupporter wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 2:37 pmI believe the figure is 8K for each team which adds up quite nicely when you get as much T.V. time as we have had this season, and I would have thought the game v Harrogate may have been on if played on a Saturday.JammyBluebird wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:23 am

I’m pretty sure the figure is so low because each club receives their share of sponsorship through the league. TV games are just a poor add-on.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

I think it is 6000 when you are at home and 2000 when you are away Something like that

It was £6000 for home side and £1000 for away side in 2015 but I don't know if it has changed since that time.
