Ady Pennock
I had a text off Ady the other day asking me to post this.
Congratulations to all at BAFC, chairman, BoDs, players, volunteers, supporters and staff - a fantastic achievement.
I’ll never forget my time at the club and all the good people of Barrow.
Enjoy L2.
Sending all my best wishes, Ady Pennock.

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Re: Ady Pennock
What a lovely message.
Ady was a real gent and a fan person.
Shows that Barrow AFC never leaves those who have the best interests of the club at heart.
I.hope he is doing well and happy in his new post and wish him all the best.

Good of him to send a message. Did he take a job in Singapore or somewhere east.

When you listened to him he seemed to be too nice a person.Could imagine him rollicking you then apologising afterwards.
Did a lot for us and genuine.
He is Managing a team that plays in Singapore League
Re: Ady Pennock
Spot on. He did a great job keeping that side up a couple of years ago.

Nice gesture, nice fella
Re: Ady Pennock
Great to hear that . . . Ady will be remembered for the unfortunate fact that we never seemed to be able to win at home under his management . . . but far, far more importantly for the fact that he compiled an astonishing away record in which we must have been up in the top two or three in the table during his time here, and that was remarkable. Well done, Ady!

When he worked with me for the Dover away game a couple of seasons ago it was just before he was moving away and he actually told Radio Cumbria to donate his match fee to the Bluebirds Trust
