Re: Ady Pennock
So many people are really pleased for what we have achieved
What a nice fella
He did very well to keep us up with a very distrupted season

Re: Ady Pennock
Ady Pennock always came across well and I thought did ok in his time here with a pretty poor team. A shame that he couldn’t have stayed longer and built his own team although Ian Evatt didn’t turn out to be too bad!
Jordan White, Tony Diagne, Bradley Bauress...there was some really poor players that season a miracle we scraped staying up!

He was a very nice guy to talk to. I remember him apologising to us for the teams performance in the car park at Brackley after a drab 0-0 draw in the Fa trophy a few years ago. He did say he had unfinished business at Barrow

Re: Ady Pennock
I thought the same about Diarra, for someone so tall, often left rooted to the spot defending corners.
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels

I remember that game. He was smiling and waving to the few fans that were there. Great guy!Adam29 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2020 3:58 pmAye always has a good word to say about the barrow support when I’ve spoke to him, spirit of 1990 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2020 2:03 pm
He’s still managing in Brunei Nick.
As others have said on here, he is a really nice bloke and he genuinely enjoyed his time here.
When he worked with me for the Dover away game a couple of seasons ago it was just before he was moving away and he actually told Radio Cumbria to donate his match fee to the Bluebirds Trust
