I mentioned on another thread, try logging out of ifollow and logging in again and restarting the stream. Worked for me

I tried that Kris didn't work. That bloody half circle was making me dizzy--round and round.
Try one more time for second half then giving up.

You can only buy a month's pass for audio. To watch it is on a pay per game basis.

Unless you're looking at a different page to me https://www.barrowafc.com/ifollow/subscribe/, the only tick for 'Live match video' is against the Match Pass which you pay for on a match by match basis.

I bought a months pass & atm im getting the audio but when I try to watch the match it just keeps on circling & not going to the stream??

Am I doing something wrong here?

We have been using a laptop, hdmi to the tv and today we lowered the resolution and it didn’t buffer once. Trial and error the last couple of games but got there in the end.

Last time for me. Two minutes behind, buffered, went back to the start of the game twice. Frustrating afternoon with it, plus couldn't get the away commentary. Radio from now on.

After that second half, I think I'd rather have watched the circle! Hopefully ifollow are working on it to make it a bit more stable for all.

Just a note, the iFollow coverage does start 1 hour prior to kick-off. If you have time available, could be worth trying at 2pm to see if it works, to give you a bit of time to solve any teething issues that you may encounter.

I did and at first it was fine. It went off about 1415hrs with the dreaded circle. Waited for i follow help online but no response. The picture came back about five mins prior to kick off and went off for about ten mins during the first half.
It's fine when it's working but it's covering every team in the EFL and if there is a problem it may not be solved quickly. A couple of our fans deserve to get their money back, paying for a service that isn't given.

Had same probs as above. No video until 43 mins, on/ off commentary, online help waste of time. Not happy !

Got to admit, once sorted last week with how to do it (well, my missus did..) we haven’t had a single problem at all.
Laptop to TV, I’ve been quite impressed with it.
